[InstallShield] MsSQL 2008r2, 2012 Express 설치시 Freezing 문제

1. 증상

 - When you try to install Microsoft SQL Server by using InstallShield or a bootstrapping application, the installation process freezes.

    *참고: This issue also occurs on Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Service Pack 2 (SP2).

2. 원인

 - This occurs because InstallShield or the bootstrapping application keeps open some Windows Installer handlers when you run the SQL Server setup.
